Greg Mulley – Upright Bass

Greg Mulley grew up Wheeling, West Virginia. He started taking bass lessons in fourth grade thanks to his mother, who plays bluegrass banjo. She thought the easiest way to find a bass player was to make one for herself.

While Greg was pursuing degrees in mathematics and statistics at West Virginia University, he performed in various jazz, bluegrass, and African drum ensembles. Since moving to DC in 2016, Greg has performed with a number of bands in the area including Shannon Bielski & Moonlight Drive, Only Lonesome, and the U-Liners.
